At Crossfit Circle, we believe that not one size fits all and that everyone has different diet/health goals. Some people do Crossfit to lose weight, some do it to gain muscle, and others just want to stay healthy. 

You should choose a diet that works for you and that you can stick to for the long-term.

With that said, there are still other things you need to consider such as the amount of energy you will need to pump through your workouts, therefore we can create a custom meal plan for each and everyone of you.
